You may return goods (at your expense) within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.

It’s easy to make your return request:

  1. Log in to your customer account
  2. Open a Ticket and indicate the reason
  3. Receive return instructions
  4. Pack, ship and you’re reimbursed

Your order has just been delivered and you’ve ordered the wrong product. No problem.

We’ve also planned ahead at Comptoir Nautique to process your exchange request as quickly as possible:

  1. Log in to your customer account
  2. Open a Ticket by selecting “I want to exchange the item”
  3. Our friendly staff member CĂ©cile will deal with your request promptly.
