đź”™ RETURNING AN ITEM:
You may return goods (at your expense) within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
It’s easy to make your return request:
- Log in to your customer account
- Open a Ticket and indicate the reason
- Receive return instructions
- Pack, ship and you’re reimbursed

đź“Ą EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
Your order has just been delivered and you’ve ordered the wrong product. No problem.
We’ve also planned ahead at Comptoir Nautique to process your exchange request as quickly as possible:
- Log in to your customer account
- Open a Ticket by selecting “I want to exchange the item”
- Our friendly staff member CĂ©cile will deal with your request promptly.
